Rated 5 out of 5

Jack has looked after our SEO, web development and ads, and the results speak for themselves. He’s a real forward thinker who’s always one step ahead, bringing fresh ideas before we’ve even thought to ask. What sets him apart is how innovative he is. He thinks outside the box and finds creative solutions that actually move the needle. Couldn’t recommend Jack highly enough.

Frequently asked questions.

What if I don't like my website?

I'll keep working on it until you're happy. If it's still not for you, you don't pay anything.

Do you build online stores?

Online stores aren't part of these plans. If you need one, or a checkout on your site, get in touch or book a call.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel any month from your dashboard. Here's what happens next:

  1. Billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
  2. Your site stays live for 30 days after that.
  3. I send you a handover pack with your website's code, your words and original photos, and spreadsheets of your enquiries, bookings and review requests.
  4. You can put your site up on any host you like, yourself or with a developer's help. Your domain is already in your name.
  5. You can still edit your text and photos in your dashboard. The tools that run on my service switch off: the enquiry tracker, online booking, review requests, monthly reports and jilk Bot.
  6. Your enquiry form's emails go through my email service, so you'll connect your own when you put your site up.
  7. Once you have the pack, I delete my copies of your customers' details.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, Google Analytics and Search Console sit in your own Google account, and if you leave you take the code and all your content with you to keep using and changing.

What do I pay up front?

Nothing. You pay your first month once you've seen your website and you're happy with it: $79 for Essential or $169 for Business. After that you're billed monthly from the same date. There are no setup fees and every price includes GST.

How long does it take?

You'll see a full preview within 48 hours of finishing your onboarding on Essential and within 5 days on Business. The clock stops while I wait for your content.

What if I need changes later?

Send them through your dashboard and I'll make them, as many as you need within fair use. You can also change your own text and photos any time, with jilk Bot there to show you how.

Can I add tools to the Essential plan later?

Yes, you can add online booking, the enquiry tracker, Google review requests and monthly reports when you go live or any time after. Business comes with all of them.

Do I need my own domain name?

No. If you don't have one, I'll register one in your name for free.

Do I work with you directly?

Always. You deal with me, one person, the whole way through. I'm the one designing and building your site, and the one looking after it once it's live.

Can you move my existing site without losing my traffic?

Yes, on every plan. I bring your content across and redirect every old address to its new page, so old links and Google results still land in the right place.

Is my site accessible?

Yes, every site works with screen readers and keyboards. It's built to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard and checked before launch.
